An amazing opportunity for a Property Portfolio Manager to join our team in Riverton has become available. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA is essential.

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have exceptional attention-to-detail, and a demonstrated focus and proven capabilities on continual process improvements.

What You'll Do:

Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:

• Property inspections
• Tenant enquiries
• Processing tenancy applications
• Trust accounting
• Manage rental arrears.
• Property maintenance
• Regular contact with landlords
• Facilitating landlord statements
• Creditor payments

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Licensed Property Manager
• Exceptional customer service
• Previous exposure within real estate industry essential with a current SA License in Property Management
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation and grooming
• Consistent attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• Must have a full Drivers’ Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
