About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we’re seeking a logistics coordinator with strong customer focus to join our team. This role is vital to our operations and suits a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate safe, cost-effective, and reliable freight movements across the network
• Liaise with customers and third-party providers to ensure service alignment and delivery standards
• Partner with the data analyst to enhance systems and processes; maintain accurate records in S4, including data, pricing, and updates
• Monitor and ensure compliance with transport service level agreements
• Proactively manage exceptions and resolve logistics-related issues
• Review freight quotes to ensure best value and service; process freight invoices with accrual checks; plan and consolidate freight routes for efficiency

About You
You’ll bring solid experience in transport and logistics, along with:

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling
• Proficiency in Transport Management Systems
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with safety procedures
