Our team are experts in a range of different farming areas, including precision farming services, marketing livestock and wool, agricultural services, water solutions, finance, insurance, merchandise and real estate. 

 

We're currently searching for a dynamic Global Service Delivery Manager (EUC) to champion End User Computing experiences across Nutrien. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role that acts as the face of EUC services for regional partners, business groups, and end users. You will build strong connections, elevate user experience, and lead outsourced teams delivering critical support.

 

In this role, you'll help shape Nutrien's digital workplace by driving cloud-first, automated, user-centric endpoint strategies — all while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead high-performing outsourced IT teams delivering operational EUC support.
  • Ensure contracted deliverables and service metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Serve as the key regional contact for EUC services, managing escalations and driving proactive improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and guide resolution of complex Windows endpoint issues.
  • Maintain and optimize cloud-based endpoint environments using Intune, SCCM, and related technologies.
  • Champion zero-touch deployment strategies and modern automation practices.
  • Support global endpoint management strategy focused on reliability, user experience, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Partner closely with business and application teams to ensure seamless change and update management.
  • Develop and maintain robust documentation, policies, and operational procedures.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years in supervisory or team-lead roles within IT service delivery.
  • Experience managing outsourced teams and translating technical issues into business-friendly language.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows endpoints, and Active Directory/Entra.
  • Knowledge of enterprise mobility, TEM platforms, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • PowerShell scripting, Group Policy management, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience in packaging, deploying, and managing applications in enterprise environments.
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Related Microsoft certifications are highly valued.
