What You'll Do:
 

• Lead and inspire a team of treasury professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of transactional banking, liquidity, FX and interest rate risk, compliance, and cash accounting.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve liquidity, working capital, and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, banks, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive efficiency across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory cycles.
• Provide expert advisory support for M&A, supplier financing, and structured working capital solutions.
• Ensure robust compliance with SOX, AML, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:
 

• Demonstrated success in a Director/Senior Management level role within the Treasury function of a global organisation or reputable accounting/consulting firm
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a multinational matrix environment
• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Economics with CA/CPA qualification preferred
• Deep knowledge of Australian treasury, economics, tax, AML legislation and IFRS accounting.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage, develop, and inspire teams.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, and transactional banking platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
