About the Opportunity:
Reporting into the Branch Manager, the focus of your role will be to ensure orders are delivered safely on farm and in full. Tasks are varied and will include:
- Goods receipt and dispatch
- Management of stock, pick and pack orders
- Forklift operation
- Goods receipt and dispatch
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Inventory control
- Assisting with sales in the branch when required
- Merchandising and processing sales transactions
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment
About You:
To be successful you will be a self-motivated and driven person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships. In addition, you will have:
- Truck licence – HR is required.
- A current and clean drivers’ licence is required and a forklift ticket is advantageous.
- Focus on safety for yourself and your workmates.
- Prior inventory and stock control experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize the workload whilst ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner
