We currently have an opportunity for a super-efficient administration professional to support the success of our Insurance Brokers.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the focus of this role is to provide brokers with efficient support to ensure the ongoing growth of the portfolio. In addition, you will:

• Assist in the preparation and administration of all insurance related documentation.
• Processing all orders, invoicing, reconciliations, debtor follow ups and an array of ad hoc tasks.
• Develop your market knowledge and expertise in domestic and commercial insurance.

What You'll Bring:

To be successful you will demonstrate experience in a similar administration role preferably within financial services and ideally with strong insurance knowledge. You will:

• Have extensive administration experience, insurance industry advantageous.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to your work.
• Be able to work autonomously with an action-oriented approach.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meet strict deadlines while actioning multiple segments of work.
• Demonstrate exemplary time management skills
• Exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence
