What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for safely and accurately mixing, treating and handling seed to meet customer and regulatory requirements. This is a practical, process-driven role that suits someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a supportive team environment.

• Safely mix, treat and handle seed in line with Nutrien quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
• Operate seed mixing and handling equipment with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Follow detailed work instructions, recipes, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in accordance with WHS standards
• Supporting general warehouse and site operations as required
• Actively uphold Nutrien's safety-first culture and comply with all WHS policies and procedures

What You'll Bring:

• A reliable, proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety
• Confidence working in a hands-on, physical role and around machinery
• The ability to follow established procedures and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• A forklift licence and/or previous experience in seed mixing, warehousing or agriculture (highly regarded but not essential)
• Flexibility to support seasonal workloads as required
