Job Description

We’re currently looking for a Casual Administrator to provide admin support for the Livestock and Real Estate Activities in our branch as well as marketing and other general admin tasks.

Role Overview:

In this role you’ll support our Livestock & Real Estate teams with administrative responsibilities, focusing on sales processing and general administration tasks.

• Deliver excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Assist in the processing of weekly livestock sales and other sales-related tasks.
• Utilize programs like SAP, Plasma and Vault.
• Manage client proceeds, ensuring account transactions are reconciled accurately.
• Offer additional support to the broader team including general administration and support with marketing.

Your Profile:

• Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are performed to a high standard.
• Accuracy in sale documentation is crucial.
• Champion quality customer service.
• Foster team spirit through open communication and consultation.
• Communicate with Managers on opportunities or issues related to Livestock and Real Estate Administration.
• Competency in MS Office and other relevant software and excellent communication skills will be essential.
• A valid driver's license is required.
