What You'll Do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take the lead in building strong, lasting relationships with local rural producers, driving sales of agricultural products and merchandise. You’ll mentor and empower your sales team to deliver professional, efficient, and high-quality service both in-store and on-farm.

 

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely, complete product deliveries in line with inventory KPIs. You’ll also manage safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards — creating an environment where customers and staff feel valued.
