What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support and leadership to our sales and livestock administration staff. You will support in branch marketing and administration duties.

• Assist the Branch Manager and peers to identify sales and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure professional and prompt customer service is always provided
• Provide Branch support for our large Livestock Agency business
• Manage accounts payable, including expenses and banking
• Oversee accounts receivable and debtor management
• Maintain office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
• Manage branch finance accounts and identify opportunities for improvement
• Process AP invoicing accurately and efficiently
• Lead and support a small team of Livestock Sales Support and Administration staff 

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring experience in both leadership and administration, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture is essential. You will also demonstrate:

• Strong people management skills
• Excellent computer skills, including SAP, Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• A proactive approach to work and strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and the empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve internal processes
• Effective time management skills
