Key Tasks:
  • Assist with processes and customer questions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Customer account management, to include:
    • Invoicing.
    • Sales orders.
    • Price books.
    • Pre Pays.
    • Inventory Transfers.
  • Generate various reports as needed.
  • Maintain inventory controls.
  • Performs administrative duties, to include:
    • Keyboarding.
    • Mail distribution.
    • Answering telephones.
    • Radio communication.
    • Maintaining files.
    • Office correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Maintains location payroll administration; coordinates collection and preparation of time sheets.
  • Prepare all new hire paperwork and assist in new employee orientation.
  • Will perform various other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years related experience.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 5 – 10 pounds.
  • Computer literate – ARS and Microsoft Office.      
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
