This position will report directly to the facility manager at the Portland, AR, Nutrien location.
What you will do:
  • Assists with processes and customer sales questions
  • Provides administrative support to the Location Manager
  • Handles accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Customer relations
  • Maintains inventory control
  • Prepares all new hire paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Customer account management to include:
    InvoicingTroubleshootingsales orderprice bookspre-paysinventory transfers
  • Performs Administrative Duties to Include:
  • Keyboardingmail distributionanswers telephonesradio communicationspayroll administrationmaintains filesoffice correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
  • Prior administration work is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • High School diploma or equivalent requiredPre-employment drug and background screen requiredAble to work additional hours to meet business demands during busy seasons of the yearGreat attention to detail Great customer service skillsMust be a team playerDependable
