Company Overview:

NutriAg USA is seeking a Senior Technical Agronomist with expertise in AI and IT to join our team. This individual will help solve crop nutrition and yield challenges by utilizing our AI software platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in agronomy, AI, IT, business development, training and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Introduce and expand NutriAnalytics' tissue modeling platform to growers through trials and demonstrations
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitive products, and customer needs

Training & Support:

• Deliver training and provide ongoing IT support to ensure effective use of the AI platform by both internal teams and customers
• Field Work & Research Coordination:
• Leverage our AI solution in the field to understand crop health needs and propose tailored solutions based on our AI platform
• Coordinate with NutriAg’s Research department for field trials, product evaluations, and data collection

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to develop marketing materials, promotional strategies, and new products
• Share customer and field insights to inform product and technology development
• Work cross-functionally to implement product strategies and achieve business growth goals

Qualifications:

• Degree in Agronomy or related field
• 5+ years of experience in crop nutrition
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• 50% travel required
