Your Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Develop & Manage Key Accounts and Build strong relationships with distributors, agronomists and large-scale growers.
- Drive Sales Growth and identify new opportunities and expand market share in the USA.
- Provide expert support and offer technical advice on plant nutrition solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with teams and work closely with marketing, R&D, and supply chain to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor Market Trends and stay ahead of industry developments to position our products effectively.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in agricultural sales, preferably in plant nutrients and crop inputs.
- Strong network within the USA agribusiness sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
- Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience
