About the Role - Farm Manager
This role is based across the Western NSW rangelands around Bourke, NSW. Our family-operated enterprise spans 80,000 hectares and currently runs 20–30,000 DSE in cattle and goats. We also manage three natural capital projects alongside a rotational grazing system.

We’re committed to making grounded, timely decisions supported by practical data and real landscape feedback. You’ll report directly to the principal and be entrusted with a high level of autonomy. Strategic planning, goal setting, and regular reporting are important to our operation.
