We are looking for:
We are seeking an Agro Operations Manager. The successful candidate would be responsible for the operational direction, leadership and oversight of the Agro Centre operation in Gladstone, MB. Including programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives, foster growth and business development, facilities management and operations, and risk management. Collaborate with the Ag Division Agronomy team on the delivery of products and services to our producers. Major responsibility is to provide leadership to the Ag team to ensure safe, effective operations and processes that align with the Values, Vision, Mission and Brand of Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op.

Qualifications:

• Efficient organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to communicate, both orally and written
• Demonstrate strong leadership, instructional and interpersonal skills
• Must be goal oriented with the ability to set and adjust priorities
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in agriculture or related field an asset
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Ensures accountability, optimize work processes
