Agriculture Financial Services Corporation (AFSC) is a financial services organization that supports Alberta’s farmers, producers, and agribusinesses. We offer a range of financial solutions, including crop and livestock insurance, farm loans, and income disaster assistance, to help grow and sustain a strong, diverse agriculture industry. For close to 90 years, we’ve worked alongside producers, and we are committed to providing client-focused, risk management solutions that drive growth and resilience in Alberta's agricultural sector.
We are currently seeking a visionary Chief Client Officer, to lead AFSC’s client service strategies and elevate service delivery across Alberta. As a key member of the executive team, the CCO will advance and support AFSC’s enterprise-wide strategic objectives to grow and sustain Alberta's agriculture sector. This leader will embrace our core values—People are our foundation, Clients are our focus, and Excellence is our aspiration—by nurturing a people-centric culture, supporting a digital-first mindset, and leading initiatives that enhance client experiences while streamlining operations. We believe taking care of our people empowers them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
The CCO is accountable for the development, delivery, and success of AFSC’s lending, insurance, adjusting, and client care operations; functions that directly impact all clients and communities we serve. The ideal candidate will foster a people-centric culture, embrace digital first mindset, and lead initiatives that enhance client experiences while streamlining operations.
