ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Enterprise Managing Partner (EMP), the Broiler Barn Manager oversees the daily operations and management of Greenbelt Farms broiler poultry farm, ensuring the production of healthy chickens for production purposes. The role involves planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of the poultry farm to ensure smooth operations, optimal productivity and efficiency, and the highest standards of animal welfare.

Perform other duties assigned by the Enterprise Managing Partner.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or diploma in agriculture, animal science, poultry science, or a related field (preferred but not
required).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in poultry management or a similar role.
Knowledge of broiler farm production.
Superior organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.
Ability to work in a physically demanding barn environment, including standing for long periods, handling
equipment, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
