About the Role
The Warehouse Supervisor leads warehouse operations ensuring safe and efficient handling storage and shipment of finished goods. You will manage staff maintain inventory accuracy support safety initiatives and promote a clean organized and compliant workplace.

Statement of Job

• Supervise warehouse staff and operations, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure safety, quality and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and train warehouse staff while ensuring safe work practices.
• Oversee inventory management, shipments, receiving and storage.
• Maintain warehouse organization, equipment condition and GMP compliance.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete documentation, reporting and compliance tasks as required.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Competencies)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in distribution or operations.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse leadership experience preferably in food processing.• Experience with SAP and Colos.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to mechanical equipment, airborne particles, varying temperatures and moderate noise. Reasonable accommodations are available.

Compensation Package: $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
