About the role.

As a key member of the North America Talent Acquisition team, you will play an essential role in supporting our corporate recruiting efforts. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with stakeholders, and is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

In this role, you’ll help ensure that our Talent Acquisition Partners can seamlessly deliver full-cycle recruitment by handling interview coordination through our Phenom platform, managing key pre-employment processes, supporting reporting and system tasks, and providing high-quality stakeholder support.

Our Talent Coordinator team forms the operational backbone of the function—your work will directly contribute to our team's effectiveness and the overall success of our hiring efforts.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Coordinate all interviews, virtual and on-site, for multiple locations and regions, through ATS and CRM software (Success Factors & Phenom) while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through expert coordination and responsive support
  • Support key pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference check
  • Welcome and guide on-site candidates, coordinating schedules and ensuring a smooth, professional experience
  • Arrange travel for non-local candidates, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare recruiting reports, support talent acquisition projects, and assist with data collection and research
  • Manage the internal referral program and ensure timely communication and updates to all stakeholders
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the recruiting team across day-to-day needs and initiatives
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while collaborating closely with HR partners to support daily operations

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • At least one year of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track details accurately, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Preferred experience using Phenom, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar applicant tracking and HR systems
  • Process-minded and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement
  • High level of accountability and ownership, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving positive outcomes
  • Collaborative and people-focused, able to build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners

About the team.

You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team of 20 supporting hiring across our Manufacturing, Corporate, and Early Careers functions. Our team is spread across the US and Canada, working as one unified group to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience.
