Job Description:
About the role.
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
About the team.
As a production supervisor, you will gain hands-on experience in establishing a strong foundation in understanding the business. You will learn all activities in the processing area and assure good safety and sanitation practices are adhered too. Coordinates activities with the Production Supervisor (Packaging) to ensure enough products are available for packaging.
