What You'll Do:
- Evaluating opportunities to optimize aspects of the supply chain network including manufacturing, distribution, inventory, customer service, and capital spending
- Maintaining supply chain optimization models, incorporating business policies and constraints into models and translating results into sourcing, production, inventory, and capital decisions
- Leading the extraction, consolidation, and validation of all critical data inputs and developing business processes to streamline data collection, data management and refresh activities used to ensure the highest level of data integrity
- Identifying and leveraging proxy data sources used to supplement existing input data related to sourcing and supply chain operation
- Assessing future manufacturing and distribution network capacity requirements and areas for optimization, making recommendations to support growth, and developing cost-to-serve reporting
- Defining strategies to source incremental demand, reduce plant line imbalances, manage line downtimes, and react to other new information, including engaging cross-functionally in development of sourcing alternatives
- Providing analytical support for new product introduction and product changes
- Providing analytical and modeling leadership for timely development of monthly and annual sourcing, distribution, inventory, and production plans and supporting leadership in the delivery of cost, cash, and customer service metrics across the North American organization
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with optimization tools and techniques including linear programming, heuristics, network flow algorithms, simulation and mixed integer programming
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data, models and results using Microsoft Excel and other data-driven visualization tools
- Ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis
- Ability to infer realistic business and supply chain implications from data and model results
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and fundamentals, including planning methodologies and plant operations
- Understands sources of information and is able to procure information effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate complex results and recommendations in a dynamic environment
- Experience with supply chain network design & optimization software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field
- At least one year of experience as a Manufacturing and Distribution Supply Chain Analyst or a related occupation

Compensation Package: $69,826.00 to $136,200 USD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
