Support sanitation: Keep your work area and equipment clean, following all food safety guidelines.
Step in when needed: Back up machine operators by helping with equipment setup, start-ups and shutdowns, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks.
Adjust and adapt: Make minor changes to equipment as needed to keep production running smoothly and within spec.
Stay food-safe: Always follow USDA, FDA, and WDA food safety protocols, along with internal Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Keep it clean: Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Handle the details: Accurately complete required documentation throughout your shift.
Drive safely: Operate a forklift once certified, and support safe material movement when needed.

Tech friendly: Able to enter basic data into a computer system and follow production schedules.
Physically ready: Capable of regularly lifting 35 pounds, standing for up to 12 hours, and handling tasks that involve bending, reaching, crouching, and twisting.
