About the role.

The Global S&OP Manager is responsible for driving continuous enhancement of the company’s globally standardized Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This position ensures process sustainability, robust KPIs, and clear accountabilities throughout the organization. The Global S&OP Manager will report to the Global Demand and Supply Planning and S&OP Director, working closely with senior leaders to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of high performance across regional and global teams.

 

 

What you’ll be doing.

Lead the consistent  Global S&OP process:

  • Evaluate current S&OP process maturity across regions and execute projects to increase process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Maintain and regularly update the S&OP playbook, ensuring accurate and relevant process documentation
  • Design process improvements, including establishing the technology and analytical roadmap to support S&OP initiatives
  • Measure and report benefits through defined KPIs; develop user-friendly dashboards that promote visibility and drive continuous improvement
     

 

Drive Cross-functional Integration

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional executives and decision-makers to align on key initiatives and business priorities
  • Integrate feedback from stakeholders, while managing scope to optimize team resources and outcomes
  • Identify and address capability gaps in partnership with regional and global leadership teams
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams at both global and regional levels to support Digital Supply Chain evolution
     

 

Support and Lead Supply Chain Priorities

  • Assemble and guide virtual global teams to support regional execution and project delivery
  • Leverage regional expertise for global initiatives and promote sharing of best practices
  • Identify, recommend, and implement industry-leading practices to enhance operational performance
     

 

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, business operations, or project management roles
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Proven ability to lead and rally teams with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and objectives
  • Demonstrated detail orientation, ensuring accuracy in demand, supply, and financial planning
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on standardization and simplification for operational excellence
  • Results-oriented, consistently delivering on objectives despite challenges
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging technology to drive process and organizational improvements
  • Proficient in change management and comfortable having challenging conversations at all organizational levels
  • Resilient, demonstrating persistence and adaptability through business setbacks
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility 

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
