About the role.
This position is a key member of the Global FP&A team, proving support to McCain s global consolidation of monthly reporting and forecasting and budgeting; collaborating with the regional FP&A teams around the world. This is an exciting and highly visible role in a high performing team with significant exposure to leadership and many regions and areas of the business. The position reports to the Director, Global FP&A. The Manager, Global FP&A must think broadly to demonstrate business leadership in a highly competitive environment. The successful individual will provide financial expertise and recommendations on a wide range of topics such commercial opportunities, revenue management, innovation and complex business processes.
What you ll be doing.
- Provide support with the execution of McCain s global budgeting and forecasting processes and monthly/quarterly processes.
- Provide analytical support for McCain s monthly, quarterly and annual financials. Assist in collecting global business analysis and insights on a monthly basis from regions and countries. Identify risks and opportunities based on actuals and forecasts and follow up with regions and countries.
- Support presentation development and Board materials for financial reviews, and monthly/ad hoc analysis to support the global CFO, CEO and Sr. Director FP&A; support creation of regional templates for QBRs.
- Act as a key point of contact and develop strong partnerships with region/country FP&A teams and Global Functional team, as well as facilitating improvements in their experiences with critical process (budget, forecast, month end, etc.).
- Consolidate and lead planning of Global functions planning and analysis processes, including monthly analysis and risk and opportunity development/assessments. Identify key drivers of performance.
- Develop and consolidate the MFL balance sheet and cash flows for plans and forecasts.
- Produce consolidated key KPI s metrics (ROIC, NOPAT and others).
- Assist in the development of standardized reporting templates for regional presentations.

What you ll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
- Strong technical, analytical and systems skills; (Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Experience with One Stream and SAP would be an asset (but not required).
- Exposure to executive presentations and reporting, and business issue analysis.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Consumer products, foods and/or manufacturing experience a definite plus.
- Solid applied understanding of general financial analysis concepts such as margin analysis, ROI, DCF, capital evaluation.
- Working knowledge of currency reporting.
- Solid understanding of IFRS.
- Experience with leveraging technology and MS office applications to streamline processes.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently.
- Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change.
- Ability to apply broad business perspectives and experiences to identify opportunities/risks.
- Fluency in a language other than English: (Spanish, French, Mandarin) is a plus (but not a necessity).

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
