We are currently looking for a Mixer Operator located in Plover, WI.

Statement of Job
As a Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for tending machines and mixing materials and ingredients used in the production process, including manually mixing ingredients. This role includes utilizing tools, devices, or heavy equipment to move materials. Mixer Operators are also responsible for documenting operational information using computers and required applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all assignments in accordance with food safety and quality policies, including USDA, FDA, WDA, and SQF guidelines
Assist in inspecting ingredients prior to use
Assemble and disassemble parts required for the mixing process
Inspect parts to ensure cleanliness and usability
Monitor the entire mixing procedure to ensure accuracy and product consistency
Use various scaling units to accurately weigh ingredients
Comply with all established policies, guidelines, and procedures
Maintain a positive work ethic and provide a good example for fellow team members
Complete tasks and additional duties as directed by a supervisor, within safe working conditions
Competencies / Qualifications / Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong documentation and paperwork skills
Basic math skills and ability to apply them practically
Ability to read, write, and comprehend job-related documents
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with other employees
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand for long periods
Frequent reaching above shoulder height
Regular twisting, turning, bending, and stacking
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 75 lbs. with team assistance
Work Environment
Exposure to temperatures between 40°F and 60°F throughout the shift
Moderate noise level in production areas
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-time; approximately 40 hours per week
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
