About the role. 

This position is responsible for ensuring that quality hash brown products are packaged efficiently while meeting quality specifications for those products. Also responsible for the efficient use of packaging supplies and equipment and for the supervision of line personnel. 

What you’ll be doing. 

• Leads, direct, and trains line personnel while developing a team effort 

• Sets up, operates and adjusts packaging line and case sealing equipment 

• Disassembles and reassembles machinery for sanitation and change over purposes 

• Performs preventative and minor maintenance for packaging and sealing equipment. 

• Monitors and maintains product line flow to ensure consistent temperate and packaging of product. 

• Request supplies as needed for delivery by forklift operator 

What you’ll need to be successful. 

• 3-6 months of related experience and/or training 

• Ability to read and interpret documents. 

• Ability to speak effectively before groups 

• Ability to add, subtract, multiple and driving in all units of measure.

Compensation Package:  - Starting at 22.01 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
