About the role.
The HRBP Supply Chain NA represents HR in strategic business decisions , provides leadership to senior business leaders on workforce and talent and engagement strategy, works with COEs on program development and the implementation of HR initiatives. Additionally, HR Business partner leverages the HR network to support the deployment of solutions to McCain people leaders.
This is an existing vacancy for McCain which is actively seeking to be hired.
What you’ll be doing.
- Provides executive consultation related to strategic workforce management including succession planning, employee development and engagement, change management and high-risk employee relations within a targeted client group
- Participate in quarterly and annual business planning, sharing the talent agenda and outlining resourcing and “people” implications / considerations
- Coach McCain people leaders within client group to develop effective management and leadership behaviors, giving people leaders the tools to succeed as managers / leaders
- Scan and understand the specific McCain business markets, environment and workforce needs, sharing insights with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with COEs to define and implement forward-thinking workforce strategies and solutions to meet business environment needs
- Drives change leadership and provides ongoing change sponsorship, supporting client group in understanding and embracing changes, and oversees the delivery of change execution
- Provide leadership and coaching to leaders, managing escalations as appropriate
- Ensure the effectiveness of the HR function, collaborating with COEs and the Employee Experience Centre as appropriate
- Own, monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPI’s
- Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
- Partners with Business Leadership to lead the SC Leadership Development Program (early talent agenda).
- Maintains close partnership and strong collaboration with Plant HR Leadership in the support of internal warehouses.
What you’ll need to be successful.
- 7-10+ years of HR Leadership experience
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Advanced degree in HR and Professional Human Resources certification
- Ability to apply HR knowledge / experience across all HR policies, programs, processes, and functions
- Ability to understand and provide guidance on HR compliance efforts
- Strong internal consulting skills, with ability to influence change
- Strong business-specific knowledge and organizational behavior / design / effectiveness skills
- Ability to facilitate relationships and partner with senior business leaders
- Strong business acumen and project leadership skills
- High understanding of the McCain talent management lifecycle
- Knowledge of local employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions

- Effectiveness of Regional HR Strategic Plans – client feedback/survey
- Talent Management - Succession coverage; Retention of HiPo/HiPro; Diversity; Workforce Demand Plan
- Organizational Development – development plans in SF; client requirement fulfillment
- Employee engagement
- Organizational Effectiveness & Employee Productivity – spans & layers, revenue per employee
- Budget (direct / indirect) management

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
