About the role.
What you’ll be doing.
The Health & Safety Coordinator is required to assist and support in the development and execution of the health & safety and security agenda for the plant, focusing on continuous improvement of health & safety policies and procedures, injury prevention, safety management, plant security, crisis management, and compliance with all applicable Federal and local health & safety compliance obligations. Must be local to Appleton, WI - no relocation offered.
What you’ll need to be successful.
Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of qualifications and Health & Safety experience strongly preferred
Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or accredited Health & Safety Certification preferred
At least 3 years of Health & Safety experience strongly preferred
ISO Management Systems experience preferred
Ability to work independently and with others
Ability to independently read, comprehend, and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to independently carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail including visual acuity
Desire to drive change, goal oriented
Ability to possess confidential information

Compensation Package: $58,800.00 -$78,500.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
