About the role.

  

What you’ll be doing.

The Health & Safety Coordinator is required to assist and support in the development and execution of the health & safety and security agenda for the plant, focusing on continuous improvement of health & safety policies and procedures, injury prevention, safety management, plant security, crisis management, and compliance with all applicable Federal and local health & safety compliance obligations. Must be local to Appleton, WI - no relocation offered.

  

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of qualifications and Health & Safety experience strongly preferred

  • Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or accredited Health & Safety Certification preferred

  • At least 3 years of Health & Safety experience strongly preferred

  • ISO Management Systems experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and with others

  • Ability to independently read, comprehend, and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization  

  • Ability to independently carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

  • Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail including visual acuity

  • Desire to drive change, goal oriented

  • Ability to possess confidential information

Compensation Package: $58,800.00 -$78,500.00  USD annually + bonus eligibility 

  

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
