DUTIES: 
 

• Follow all safety requirements 
• Material handling of 25-50lbs.?  
• Recognize product variations 
• Sorting product into proper receptacles 
• Removal of rocks and debris from loads of potatoes. 
• Daily clean up 
• Standing in one place for long periods of time 
• Trouble shoot and assist with maintenance of equipment as required. 
• Relay information to other Team members 
• Working in a fast-paced team environment 
• Participate in Team meetings, as required. 
• Various production tasks may be assigned as required 
• Must be willing to cross-train (other operational activities)  
• Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)

 
All additional duties as they become assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
 

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License an asset 
• Reliable Transportation to and from worksites 
• Must possess a good safety record and demonstrate ‘safety first’ on a continual basis. 
• Ability to work well with supervision and other employees 
• Team player with excellent attendance 
• Highly motivated, observant with good initiative and a positive attitude. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to and embracing change as it occurs. 
• Willing to work weekends and long hours. 
• Must be self-motivated 
• Able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
