McCain Fertilizer/Produce is looking for motivated individuals to join our Grand Falls Grain Location as a General Laborer/Yard Attendant. 

What You’ll Do: 

·       Support Operations: Assist with day-to-day facility operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. 

·       Hands-On Work: Perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and physical labor—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions. 

·       Safety First: Promote and maintain a safe work environment, following all safety protocols, especially around railcars and heavy equipment. 

·       Continuous Learning: Receive thorough training and develop new skills in equipment operation, grading, and cleaning techniques. 

·       Busy Seasons: Be ready to step up during our busiest times in Spring and Fall, working extended hours to help the team succeed.

·       Team Player: Work well independently and as part of a close-knit team. 

·       Physically Capable: Comfortable with climbing, lifting, and working at heights or in dusty environments. 

·       Safety Minded: Prioritize safety for yourself and others; experience or training in safety is a strong asset. 

·       Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with forklifts, skid loaders, or heavy equipment is a plus—but we’ll provide training if you’re willing to learn. 

·       Communication: Effective verbal communication skills are essential.
