About the role.
Responsible for inspecting finished product to ensure that it meets safety and quality requirements. Helps with daily sanitation and clean-ups.
What you’ll be doing.
Promotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulations.
Sorts and inspects finished product looking for defects, off-cuts or foreign material discarding unusable product in appropriate waste container.
Discards of unsuitable product or foreign material.
Strips out held product and re-casing as necessary.
Makes tickets for totes.
Attends and participates in all annual, departmental, and job specific required training and monthly informational meetings.
Communicates any problems or changes in production or quality to supervisor and appropriate personnel.
Understands and adheres to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to ensure a quality operation.
Keeps area clean and orderly in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Helps to build and promote a strong “Teamwork” environment in each individual work group, the Factory, and the Company.
Participates in continuous improvement process.
Must adhere to the McCain Code of Conduct.
The employee may be required to successfully complete the orientation and training provided during the first ninety- (90) days of employment.

Compensation Package: $19.20-$19.20 USD hourly + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
Shift Differential Pay: $1.50/hr
