Job Description:
As a member of the NA ISC Finance organization, this position proactively partners with the Plant Leadership teams to drive profitability both at the plant level and overall company. The Operations Finance Manager works collaboratively to drive actions that address opportunities and challenges and plays a critical role in the development of Operations strategies.
What you’ll be doing.
Lead Month End Close and Plant Financial Review for locations within responsibility
Track and understand monthly plant manufacturing variances
Work with plant(s) to ensure adequate and proper internal controls
Provide financial leadership for all strategic initiatives and decisions at the plant(s)
Lead financial forecasting and budgeting for plant(s)
Lead CapEx planning, strategy and tracking with plant leadership and ensure effective capital deployment
Identify and participate in the resolution of potential manufacturing cost problems or opportunities
Analysis of product costs including year-over-year changes
Manage the cost and feasibility assessments for new or revised products
Support computation of formulation and R&D driven savings changes
Recommend enhancements or tools that improve the effectiveness of the Operations Finance group
Involved in ad hoc projects, capitals, and initiatives across the NA Supply Chain
What you’ll need to be successful.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA, CPA or CMA preferred
5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, consumer products or food experience a definite plus
Solid applied understanding of cost management and accounting systems
Strong technical, analytical and systems skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multiple projects
Must be able to investigate complex issues and to conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Must be self-motivated, independent thinker, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels and functions within the organization
Ability to work effectively with Plant Staff, Plant Management and Corporate on a day-to-day basis

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
