About the role.
Reporting to the North American Collaborative Planning, Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) Manager, the CPFR Analyst will have the critical responsibility to support customer satisfaction initiatives while transforming and elevating our collaborative Ways of Working across the North American region.
The successful candidate will drive our continuous improvement initiatives that enhance McCain Foods' competitiveness and ensure that we make doing business with McCain easy.
As a key resource within the Customer Experience SC team, the primary responsibility of the role is to support a Customer Centric approach by taking a holistic review of the McCain client relationship and provide specific insights on required business process improvements. The role will support both the Customer Excellence and Sales Teams initiatives and foster joint business planning initiatives following “Best in Class” industry practices. Specific focus and analysis will be directed to Service Level Failures root cause, Internal vs External forecast comparisons, Customer replenishment and Operator / Store Product Availability insights and Non-Compliance punitive fees evidence. Leveraging data analytics to provide insights and guide decisions is essential. Candidates must also possess superb analytical capabilities, outstanding business insight, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation Package: $65,500.00 - $87,400.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
