Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the position of Brand Manager will champion & drive the SureCrisp™ proposition to achieve success in the emerging off-premise space. As the execution expert of our biggest Big Bet, this role calls for strong leadership of cross-functional teams of R&D, Sales, Insights, Finance, etc. The ideal candidate must have passion for the operator and consumer, be fueled by curiosity, strong analytical and financial acumen, dynamic communication skills and proven leadership of complex projects.
What You'll Do...
- NA Core Innovation: commercial lead of critical growth projects that include renovation for superiority, expansion into new channels/environments (Pizza) and segment extensions (Seasoned).
- Scope of leadership includes developing 6Ps for a winning proposition, completing gate deliverables on-time and Sales partnership to develop go-to-market plans.
- NA Business Performance: provide a holistic overview of off premise category and SureCrisp performance. Reporting and analysis to include YTD growth & drivers, YTG projections, competitive deep dive (e.g. share, activation tracker) and equity tracking
- NA Budget Owner: As the biggest FS budget line item, manage SC budget for reporting accuracy, on-time billings and pivots to avoid over/under spend.
- Support the Communications team on comms execution by partnering with Integrated Marketing and external agencies to deliver brief objectives.
What You'll Bring...
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience with a background in CPG and/or Foodservice
- Prior commercial leadership of projects of high priority/visibility, complexity and ambiguity
- Self-starter that tackles opportunities that require new WOW, processes and behaviors
- Strong financial acumen, analytical abilities, communication skills and decisiveness
- Ability to influence the organization and key stakeholders with fact-based evidence, salesmanship and compelling story-telling
- Adept with Stage-Gate process to drive decision-making with gatekeepers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (including strong presentation skills)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Passion for, and understanding of, food industry preferred
Compensation Package: $97,500.00 -$130,000.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility
