The Opportunity:

As IT Specialist, Business Analytics, you will be responsible for designing and developing reporting, analytics and machine learning solutions with a focus on business benefits and customer satisfaction.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

You will personally develop and work with team members specializing in a variety of technologies to produce solutions for improving efficiencies in routine management reporting, as well as elevate the insights capability of the organization to increase shared value with customers and consumers.
 

You will be responsible for continuous improvement, maintenance and support of existing solutions, and develop a strong business acumen and relationships with key business partners to help them achieve their objectives.

 

What You ll Bring:

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, intensely curious in furthering technical and data science skills, and contribute to the overall vision and plan for analytics at Maple Leaf Foods.
 

Formal data design, analytics and machine learning education, as well as experience in SAP, particularly in BusinessObjects, Business Warehouse and HANA, and Microsoft Power Platform, especially in Power BI, Fabric and Azure Data Factory, are an advantage.

 

The ideal candidate will also have relevant experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, with a track record of participation in relevant and impactful, value-generating initiatives.
