Experience Level: 5+ Years

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, "boots-on-the-ground" Territory Sales Manager to lead our dealer development and retention efforts in the Texas market. You won't just be selling machines; you will be building a world-class dealer network. The ideal candidate has spent years in the Texas ag industry, understands the dealership business model inside and out, and can speak the language of both the dealer principal and the modern farmer. If you have experience with autonomous farming solutions or GPS/precision ag technology, you are our top candidate.

Why join us?

While legacy brands are focused on the past, we are building the future of agriculture. We are a fast-growing company with a powerhouse product line and breakthrough autonomous technologies currently in R&D. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company with massive growth potential and a "start-up" energy backed by solid engineering.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Dealer Acquisition: Identify, vet, and onboard new high-potential dealers across the region to expand our market footprint.
  • Dealer Retention & Growth: Act as the primary business consultant for existing dealers, helping them increase sales volume and improve service quality.
  • Training & Support: Provide hands-on product training and demonstrations for dealer sales teams, especially on advanced autonomous features.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity (John Deere, Case IH, Kubota, etc.) and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Field Presence: Spend significant time on the road (approx. 50-60% travel) visiting dealerships and attending local farm shows.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Dealer Expertise: Proven track record of managing and developing independent dealer networks.
  • Tech-Savvy (Highly Preferred): Prior experience selling or supporting autonomous driving systems, GPS guidance, or Precision Ag technology.
  • Texas Roots: Strong existing relationships with ag dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma.
  • Communication: A "closer" mentality with the ability to build long-term trust without a fancy degree.
  • License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission.
  • Vehicle / Truck Allowance.
  • Wealth Creation: Beyond a competitive base and uncapped commission, High Performers have the opportunity for rapid promotion to leadership roles and eligibility for Company Equity Options.
  • Career Growth: We don't just offer a job; we offer a path to become a key stakeholder in a global ag-tech leader.
