M.H. EBY, Inc, a leading manufacturer of aluminum trailers and truck bodies, is looking for a full time Parts Counter/Customer Service Representative to join our growing company.
Candidates are required to have point of purchase customer service & computer experience, as well as excellent people skills. Candidates should thrive in a fast-moving environment. Previous experience in ag or related field is preferred but not required.
Hours are 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide over the top customer service
- Complete sales transactions in person & over the phone
- Process freight and UPS shipments
- Help track inventory and stock part levels
- Complete work orders and invoicing
- Operating a forklift
Requirements will include:
- Prior experience with customer service & computers
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Great communication skills
- Willing to pull parts from other buildings/outdoors
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Must be legal to work in the USA
- Must pass a 4 panel drug screen prior to employment
