M.H. EBY, Inc, a leading manufacturer of aluminum trailers and truck bodies, is looking for a full time Parts Counter/Customer Service Representative to join our growing company.

Candidates are required to have point of purchase customer service & computer experience, as well as excellent people skills. Candidates should thrive in a fast-moving environment. Previous experience in ag or related field is preferred but not required.

Hours are 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide over the top customer service
• Complete sales transactions in person & over the phone
• Process freight and UPS shipments
• Help track inventory and stock part levels
• Complete work orders and invoicing
• Operating a forklift

Requirements will include:

• Prior experience with customer service & computers
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
• Great communication skills
• Willing to pull parts from other buildings/outdoors
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Must be legal to work in the USA
• Must pass a 4 panel drug screen prior to employment
