In this role, you will take on the position of Technical Lead for the SAP Platform Master Data team, with a primary focus on ABAP, Fiori, and BTP development. You will be responsible for building, and maintaining high-quality SAP solutions, while ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and reliability. As a technical expert, you will play a key role in setting the direction of development initiatives, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous improvement across the platform.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, and custom Fiori applications to meet business requirements.
  • Build and extend SAP Fiori/UI5 apps and integrate them with backend systems using OData services.
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ABAP code and Fiori applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

 

What You Bring:

  • Strong ABAP Development Skills - Expertise in Core ABAP (Reports, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and CDS Views) with clean, optimized coding practices.
  • SAPUI5 & Fiori Development - Hands-on experience building, customizing, and extending SAP Fiori apps using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • OData Services - Proficiency in developing, consuming, and troubleshooting OData services for front-end and back-end integration.
  • SAP Gateway & S/4HANA Knowledge - Understanding of SAP Gateway architecture, Fiori launchpad configuration, and S/4HANA data models.
  • SAP BTP - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions utilizing SAP BTP services, including Build Automation, Work Zone Advanced Edition, SAP HANA Cloud, and Integration Suite.
