The Impact You ll Make:

Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level, specialized, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring teams and leadership stakeholders to provide expert guidance and recommendations on talent strategies and hiring processes. In this role, you will continually partner with hiring teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies and methodologies which meet the business needs to fill open positions effectively, through sourcing and selecting top talent.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, utilizing a variety of channels including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online platforms.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, focusing on building relationships with high-potential candidates.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the talent acquisition function.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive and relevant experience in recruitment within a corporate and / or agency environment supporting strategic, specialized, or technical teams
  • Strong understanding of leading market sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods; effective at identifying and sourcing passive candidates; strong direct sourcing.
  • Well developed advisory skills, effective influencing, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient at prioritizing tasks and multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and effective negotiation skills
