Overview:
 

The Specialist, HR Content Curation (Bilingual) manages the development and maintenance of HR content for the company s self-service platform.  Working with the Director, HR Process Excellence, this role establishes content standards, ensures content is up-to-date and accurate, and promotes self-service tools to improve colleague access to HR information. 

 

What you'll do:

  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and quality assurance checks on assigned databases
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify and address the need for content updates within databases and related systems
  • Manage the content lifecycle, from creation/update through to review and publication/archiving
  • Ensure all content aligns with company standards, tone and policy governance
  • Work closely with key stakeholder groups to understand their data and content needs
  • Facilitate discussions to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on content and data strategies
  • Support in content creation, revision, and approval processes
  • Translate content as required
  • Review translation quality to ensure appropriateness in business context
  • Support with coordination between Content and Program Owners where required
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, in both French and English
  • Develop a deep understanding of relevant company policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure all database content and updates strictly adhere to these policies, paying close attention to the prescribed tone and intent
  • Assist in the development and refinement of content guidelines and governance protocols
  • Generate reports on database status, content updates, usage, user feedback and compliance metrics
  • Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in data management and content processes and gaps


 

What you bring:

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in human resources, or related function
  • Experience applying analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and planning skills
  • Demonstrable ability to consolidate and analyze volumes of data and generate basic to intermediate level observations
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English (bilingual)
  • Highly proficient in the MS Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow products is an asset
  • Strong relationship building skills and diplomacy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work to meet shifting and competing deadlines and priorities.
