Job Description:
The Labour Management team is responsible for maintaining and evolving the labour program that supports our stores across the country. We work in close partnership with the Operations team to stay in tune with what s happening on the ground, ensuring our labour models reflect real-time operational needs and business priorities.
As store processes evolve and new programs are introduced, we adapt and refine our labour strategies to ensure optimal labour allocation across all departments. Our goal is to deploy labour spend effectively while supporting excellent customer service and efficient store operations.

About The Role
As the Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Enterprise Labour Strategy. Reporting to the Director of Labour Management, you will lead a team of Industrial Engineers and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives that enhance labour efficiency and operational productivity across our retail stores. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on operational insight with data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, lead change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. We're looking for a strategic thinker and people leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
