Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Contracts will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing - Brands, Healthcare and Corporate Services and will be required to draft and negotiate procurement contracts for Goods not for Resale. The individual will lead a team of one Contract Manager and one Contract Analyst. The primary responsibilities of the Senior Manager are to successfully negotiate complex major contracts such as Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Evaluation Agreements, License Agreements, and Amendments, draft certain clauses, lead administrative tasks such as creating workspaces in our contract management technology platform Jaggaer, and acquire approvals and signatures per the Commitment Approval Policy. This role requires the individual to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Sourcing Managers, various Business Stakeholders, Privacy, Security, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Finance, and the Legal department to ensure that all terms and conditions stated in contracts are in line with Loblaw's strategic objectives.
