Manager - Strategy & Analytics.

We’ve established a team of dedicated, innovative, and collaborative professionals within our broader Sourcing Strategy Centre of Excellence team. Within that team sits Strategy and Analytics, and we are in charge exploring artificial intelligence, new automation tools, alternative Source-to-Contract systems; creating dashboards, KPIs, reports, automation solutions, powerful PowerPoint decks for leadership; and supporting the sourcing team in managing supplier performance at an enterprise level.
What You'll Do:
Strategy & Analytics is responsible for servicing a functional team of sourcing professionals on the indirect and direct sides of the business. As a result, it’s important for us to always have our customer service hat on – what can we do better, how can we automate further, why can’t we simplify the process? Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Analytics, this role will be the right-hand person to support strategy development for the sourcing team, conduct market research for the latest trends and best practices in retail and sourcing, understand the offerings of artificial intelligence and vet solutions, and so much more. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where you can directly impact and shape how we do things across the business.
The Manager, Strategy & Analytics will be inquisitive, strong communicator, work well with timelines, produce high-quality work product, and an active member of the team. Our work is about mentoring others to achieve success in implementing new approaches and delivering lasting outcomes. You'll have the chance to lead projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, developing practical recommendations, and preparing communications to report back to internal partners.
