End Point Management Engineer - Brampton, ON

 

We are looking for a motivated Endpoint Management Engineer to join our Endpoint Management team. This role you will play a key part in supporting the design, deployment, and managing reliable endpoint solutions using Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Workspace ONE. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in managing corporate & retail devices, ensuring security compliance, and enhancing the end-user experience across Windows, mobile, and hybrid environment.

 

What You ll Do: 

  • Administer, support, and enhance endpoint management platforms: SCCM, Intune, and Workspace ONE.
  • Perform software packaging, application deployment, patch management, and OS deployment.
  • Implement and manage device provisioning and compliance policies for both corporate and retail environments.
  • Support Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, and co-management (SCCM/Intune).
  • Develop scripts and automation tools using PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain endpoint integrity and compliance.

 

What you Bring: 

  • Experience with device co-management and hybrid environments.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, provisioning packages, Patch management and software deployment (Windows and 3rd party apps), Workspace ONE UEM configuration and application lifecycle management.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS (optional), and mobile OS (iOS/Android).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, GitLab/GitHub, BitLocker, MBAM, Windows LAPS, and modern security frameworks.
