Pricing Administration Manager
We are hiring a Pricing Administration Manager.
This role located at our Arden Hills, MN corporate headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday in office each week)
This position ensures that all Dairy Foods customer pricing is executed with exceptional accuracy and timeliness, as even small errors directly impact customer invoices, downstream business processes, and financial results. The role safeguards revenue by maintaining data integrity, resolving pricing discrepancies, and minimizing deductions or delayed payments. Through leadership, process governance, and cross-functional collaboration, the Pricing Administration Manager enables reliable pricing operations that support customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
Responsibilities: Pricing Execution and Governance - Oversee execution and validation of Dairy Foods pricing across systems and price list website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain pricing governance standards and audit controls. Monitor and maintain pricing, resolving discrepancies identified through price hold reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution - Serve as the primary liaison among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Logistics, Trade Promotions, and Master Data to resolve pricing discrepancies and ensure smooth pricing order flow.
Pricing Systems, Data Integrity, and Reporting - Maintain daily invoice hold reports, as well as quarterly/yearly price exception reporting. Oversee maintenance and updates to price list website. Ensure accuracy and timely updates across internal systems and external customer portals.
Process Improvement, Documentation & Project Leadership - Lead and manage pricing-related projects (automation initiatives, pricing tool updates, process redesign, multi-system integrations). Drive pricing administration activities related to acquisitions and ERP upgrades. Maintain and update documentation for key pricing processes.
Team Leadership and Development - Supervise, coach, and develop two Pricing Coordinators. Set priorities, provide feedback, and ensure performance standards and KPIs are met. Drive accountability and continuous improvement within team.
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4 years work experience in Pricing Administration, Customer Financial Services, or in a comparable role. CPG experience desired.
Strong leadership skills with experience directing the work of others
Proficiency in ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
A continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying and implementing process enhancements or automation opportunities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and resolve complex pricing discrepancies.
Excellent organizational and skills, with high attention to detail
$70,080-$106,200. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
