Job Description: Commodity Associate Program (CAP)

The Supply Chain & Operations Commodity Associate Program (CAP) offers leadership development, while gaining depth and knowledge into Commodity Markets & Trading. Gain invaluable experience by participating in our 12 to 18-month development program within our Feed Sourcing Team.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's ag econ degree with an expected graduation date of May 2026
Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs

Professional Qualifications

Analytical and critical thinking skills
Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills
Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems
Demonstrates courage and can lean into the unknown
Flexible and can adapt to changing business surroundings

Salary for CAP is $70,000
