Logistics team where there will be plenty of opportunities to grow. Our logistics team consists of many positions which work together to produce and deliver products to our customers.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Land O'Lakes, Inc. team, supporting daily logistics planning and execution activities that enable efficient production and timely delivery of products. This position is responsible for coordinating production and receiving schedules, supporting transportation activities, data analysis and partnering with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand while following established processes and quality requirements.

This role is part of Purina Animal Nutrition, a Land O'Lakes business serving producers and animal owners across the United States. Purina develops nutrition products and practices that support animal health, performance, and productivity.

Hours: 5:30am - 2pm Monday - Friday

Salary range: Minimum: 61,300 Midpoint: 76,700 Maximum: 103,545

In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and communicate daily production and receiving schedules
  • Scale all inbound and outbound trucks in accordance with site procedures
  • Support production and logistics planning by assisting with supply and demand balancing activities
  • Utilize metrics and basic scenario planning to analyze data and support business decisions
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Plant Operations, trucking companies, suppliers, Procurement, planners, rail partners, and customers
  • Complete training and follow required quality and compliance programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and work effectively under general supervision
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing operations
  • Experience working with planning, transportation, or ERP systems
