Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Parts, Service & Warranty Writer (Professional Services) at our Agro location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. If you are looking to use your industry knowledge and skills to take Shellbrook Agro Centre to the next level, then Lake Country Co-op is looking for you! Based out of the Shellbrook Agro Centre this key front-line role is responsible for managing customer interaction, coordinating service appointments, overseeing parts sales and inventory, and handling warranty submissions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in agricultural equipment support.

What You Will Do:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the service and parts counter.
• Communicate repair status updates, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and courteous manner.
• Identify, source, and sell parts to customers and technicians.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Process parts returns, warranty parts, and core charges.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims per manufacturer guidelines.
• Track claim status and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims.
• Ensure compliance with warranty documentation and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of service, parts, and warranty transactions.
• Keep counters. displays, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Stay updated on manufacturer systems, bulletins, and programs.
• Support dealership operations during peak seasons and as needed.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Customer Service:
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in agriculture, mechanics, parts or business is an asset.
• You have experience in an agricultural dealership or equipment service environment (or a combination of relevant experience)
• You have working knowledge of agricultural equipment; mechanical experience considered an asset.
• You have a passion for retail sales and all aspects of the agricultural industry.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Point-of-Sale systems, and electronic parts/warranty catalogs.
• You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of productions, with a minimum amount of supervision.
• You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, are an effective planner, and have superb time management skills.
• You are able to fulfill the physical job requirements; ability to lift 50lbs as needed, parts counter environment with some exposure to shop and warehouse areas.
• You possess a strong work ethic, understand the concept of "full service," and are willing to work additional hours during seasonal peaks.
• You are willing and able to achieve WHMIS and TDG certifications.
• You carry a valid driver's license (class 5 minimum) for day travel as required.
