Position Summary
As part of the Animal Nutrition Division, the Technical Specialist will play a key role in supporting our marketing, sales, and research efforts. This position acts as the technical and strategic interface, coordinating product development, customer relations, and sales support. This role reports to the Division Manager of Animal Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Deliver expert technical support on animal nutrition products to customers and internal teams.
• Field Service: Collaborate closely with sales representatives and customers to implement best practices, conduct on-site assessments, and offer training to enhance product efficacy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products, optimize existing offerings, gather insights from field applications, and provide valuable feedback for product improvements.
• Product Trials: Lead or support the design, coordination, and execution of product trials, including analyzing trial data and providing technical recommendations.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare high-quality technical documents, including white papers, case studies, and research summaries, to support marketing efforts.
• Trade Shows: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.
• Market Research: Conduct basic market and competitor research as assigned.
• Additional Duties: Participate in additional technical and marketing projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of farming practices and nutritional requirements, particularly for livestock and poultry.
• 3-5 years of experience in the animal feed or nutrition industry (preferred).

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
